Jennifer uses her personal experience and her more than 21 years in the real estate business to benefit buyers and sellers. For buyers, Jennifer takes the time to listen to what they’re looking for in a home and helps them understand their financing options. She has extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, school districts and builders. “Technology is huge in our business. The internet and e-mail make it possible for buyers locally and around the world to learn about our market before we even get in the car to look at houses. Being able to view pictures and descriptions gives them a head start in their home search. Then I help them learn about which neighborhoods fit their needs or desires in terms of amenities, school zones and distances to shopping and their jobs.”
Technology and local market experience are key for sellers as well. Jennifer can provide sellers with the latest comparable sales for their neighborhood, including average days on the market. She can also provide tips for preparing property for showing, including small improvements that may make a big difference in how quickly a home sells and in how much money a seller makes from the sale. With a degree from Texas A&M University and previous work in the advertising industry, Jennifer is uniquely qualified to help sellers position their property in the marketplace to gain maximum exposure to buyers.
